GreenTree Builders offer a full range of New Residential and Light Commercial Construction services. The office, sales and field teams offer our clients invaluable years of new construction experience to guide them through the new home building or light commercial building process, insuring a pleasurable building experience. Our Sales Administrators have over 25 years of knowledgeable, new construction experience. In addition, Joseph P. McCombes has been the recipient of numerous industry & company awards including "Salesman of the Year", "Sales Achievement" awards & "Commitment to Service" awards.
Our sales staff is available to meet with our clients one-on-one, to better guide them through the home building process; or they may attend our very popular and informative "Direct Advantage" Workshop. Our Construction Management Administrators have over 20 years experience leading a competent, dedicated field team to insure on-time, on-budget projects with complete client satisfaction.
GreenTree Builders have developed a long history and positive working relationship with some of Western New York's most highly regarded subcontractors and material suppliers. This long-term subcontractor/builder relationship insures our client's a quality-building project with residual value for years to come.
