Northtowne Properties is a fully staffed, professional organization, specializing in Condominium/Homeowners Management and Commercial Property Management. We offer a full array of services from partial to full time management. We offer 24-hour emergency service.
Our history in the construction business has given us knowledge of buildings, maintenance and construction. Our years of working with local contractors have established a close working relationship with many local vendors who can supply quality work to our clients.
Our staff at Northtowne Properties has been in the business of managing properties since the 1980's.
Our Senior Community Association Manager, Diane Ruppel-Yaeger has been in the property management field for over 20 years and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist through the Community Association Institute. She has worked extensively with many of Western New York’s community associations and brings financial, administrative and maintenance knowledge to the clients.
